- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Dry reading, but very thorough coverage by an expert on a very daunting topic. The book is well-written and organized. The chapters are ordered to cover topics that will impact the most people and then narrowing in scope as the book proceeds. Each chapter starts with a broad overview and then zooms in for a more detailed discussion. This is a worthy reference volume.
