    Must read. If you are ready to heal from all ailments in your body. Without our health there is nothing much we can do. Be healthy. Stay healthy. With Gods grace and focus.

    Everything was sound advice and science apart from the what to eat part. Very poor advice. We are healthiest on a pure plant based diet. Healthiest without processed foods as well. But I agree about the drinking just water part.
    Everything else was great.
