About this audiobook

Bachelor: A desirable potential boyfriend. AKA not Cole Kingston.

Seventeen-year-old Madison (Madi) Matthews wants nothing to do with the dating competition her school is holding to raise money for charity. She's never been interested in chasing a guy before, and she certainly isn't interested in competing for one in front of the whole school.

But, when Madi is voted as one of the ten "lucky" contestants, she's given no choice but to vie for the heart of Lincoln High's most eligible bachelor. The problem is, they've chosen the wrong guy.

Cole Kingston might be good looking, great with a football, and practically the king of Lincoln High, but he's also cocky, arrogant, a serial flirt, and Madi's sworn enemy.

Will she be able to resist him, though, when the competition heats up and he turns his charms on her?

The romance was great, but to much drama! To much cringe for my taste

It made for a nice read, nothing climatic though but yeah....

some moments were VERY cheesy. However, other moments had me awwing or laughing aloud while I was rooting for Cole.
I think it was very cliche and you knew from the first chapter how the book was going to end between the main characters. Yet, it did a phenomenal job of tying in small moments into the big finally… which I found adorable!
Also, it was very well written and had a wide variety of vocabulary! I enjoyed getting to see the perspective of both characters too, which both had individual characteristics.
    Overall, 4.5/5 !

2 dimensional characters, immature writing, and a predictable plot based on sexist tropes. Don’t waste your time.

It was really not bad. Of course, the concept sounds a bit shallow and implausible for a high school, but I actually liked the main characters and the story was interesting enough to keep me on board until the very end. The writing style was also very enjoyable and if you´re looking for a cute, very romantic teen book, this is a good choice.
It could have been even better if it hadn´t so many tropes in it (the main protagonist is super pretty without trying, the cheerleader is the "evil one" and a lot of unnecessary drama in the end) and I even thought it might have been better if set in college...
But all in all, a solid book of this genre.

The story was adorable, I’m only giving it one star because of the narrator, her voice is so so so annoying. When she did the boy voice it was better than the actual boy, But when she did the girl parts she was to whispery , soft like she was being breathy when it didn’t need it. It took away from the story. The guy wasn’t so bad but, when he did other male voices he sounded awful . Definitely will not want to hear one of their books again. Sorry to the author it was definitely cute though
