About this audiobook

AYVINX

One more job and I'm out. I'm done with this lousy planet. Deliver the human female to the Imperator of Fenda so he can have an exotic new addition to his royal harem.

But I can't get enough of her. This feisty little human has the spirit of a true Zalaryn warrior.

Just my luck. I've been blessed with a bonded mate-and she's the property of another male.

I don't care what the law says: she's mine.

I've got a plan. And I can't wait to claim my prize . . .

JULA

I suppose this spaceship is better than rotting in an Earth jail cell. Because that's where I belong. I'm a thief. A killer. Trust means nothing to me . . . unless I can use it to get what I want.

This alien mercenary thinks he can tame me, thinks he can use me as a pawn in this intergalactic war? Let him try.

He's making me sweet promises, but too bad for him, I know how this game is played. I know the rules. And I know how to win.

If I want to get off this planet, I have no choice but to trust him.

But when he tells me that I'm his bonded mate, I realize that maybe this isn't a game after all. Maybe it's something much, much more . . .

Contains mature themes.

Great conclusion to the series! I agree with the other reviewers, this one is my favourite of the three.

Loved the series, but I admit that this is my favorite. I really like Jula & AYVINX characters because the chemistry between was hot and funny at times and both feed off each others strength.

(Avinx & Jula): Last book of the series. Jula is currently imprisoned and at risk of sexual assault for stealing. Avinx is on a mission to pick up a marked human as a gift for the Imperator. He saves Jula but plans to give her as a prize. This is not an insta romance and it's also not like the other books where the alien male knew immediately that the human female was his mate. It took a little bit of time, though I did enjoy the buildup. In this book Avinx tries to save Jula time but telling the Imperator that she's a virgin but that plan backfired. In the meantime, she's kept in the harem and asked by the queen to teach the younger females to sew. That was a character I didn't really get, the queen, she was very sweet and nice to Jula despite knowing why Jula was there. She was very passive and that annoyed me. I like how all the other females in the series are SO strong and independent and don't take mess from their SO. I liked Jula, she was smart and brave and was not willing to sit by and wait for death. She is a perfect match for Avinx.

REVIEW: “And now I think about how close I came to dying in an Earth jail cell. Or being gentled at the hand of a rogue Zalaryn. Or being ravished by a horde of Fendan soldiers. Or being host to a Kraxxoid egg sac.” And these were just some of the adventures encountered by Jula on her journey to find her true mate, Ayvinx. The worlds and the beasts are well crafted and there is quite a bit of heat generated between Jula and Ayvinx. However, the rest of the creatures are pretty cringe worthy. It was a little difficult to get into the story when almost every scene brought about an “ugh”. This is my voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.DESCRIPTION, NOT REVIEW: AYVINX - One more job and I'm out. I'm done with this lousy planet.
