      3.5 rounded up to 4 stars. This kept my interest, and entertained me, and was a bit different. I look forward to reading the next in the series.

      I definitely read this before at some point but luckily I enjoyed it this time as well! I really enjoyed the writing and the dynamic between brand and Ash. I honestly would have appreciated a longer book just to see more of their growth and how they fell in love with each other. We really only see them for a few days and then get an epilogue. This didn’t detract from the story for me, it’s just something I would have appreciated. The family dynamic is also really interesting and makes me excited to read more by this author!
