      Too many characters and story lines. I prefer the earlier style of writing from William Johnstone.

He serves as a Texas Ranger, and while on assignment his choice means he too must face a fork in the proverbial road too.Three unlikely men hardened by life in the west must now come together and pool all their knowledge to fight against a band of Apaches that seeks to wipe them all out.
