About this audiobook
Every morning when my library opens, there's a line around the block, the ladies flocking to me in need of their next book boyfriend. I'm that dude. The one who knows his way around the romance section. And if you think that hasn't gotten me plenty of action over the years, you'd be wrong.
But I made a slight miscalculation at work, and now my reputation has my job in danger. If I can't prove to my boss that I'm more than a playboy who recommends romance in the hopes of getting some hanky panky in the stacks, I'm headed for the unemployment line.
Enter Parker Elliott. She rocks a mean guitar, she has no idea how sexy she is, and she's in need of a temporary fake boyfriend.
Best of all? She doesn't have a library card. I couldn't have found a better fake fiancee if I'd written her myself.
Contains mature themes.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Could not finish it, which is unfortunate because it sounded like it was going to be adorable. The female narrator was so ridiculously terrible. Just bad. This could have been great which is the reason for the 3 stars.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Joe Arden is always a delight. Only prob with female narrator was how she made vibrant Asia sounds like 50 yr old from the Brand x. Otherwise, she did a great job as well.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love the male lead. Not afraid to show his femmist side for romance novels.
Parker's character reminded me so much of myself, it was almost like reading my own journal. - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I really wanted to listen to this book. It sounded like would be good . Unfortunately the female narrator is horrible. I had to turn it off. I hope one day this one will be redone with a different person.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Fun series! First was good, but this one ticked more boxes for me. A light, sometimes goofy rom-com, with plenty of sizzle...narration makes it great! It made me giggle and swoon!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Good story line, Joe Arden is a great narrator. Not too sure at times on the female narrator.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I kept laughing out loud. Love the actors’ voices too. Great story and characters.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Received an ARC at no cost to author..I don't think I have read a book from this author before, but my god it certainly, certainly will not be my last..I have found a new author!!! This book was awesome. You have two people who you would never think would pay each other mind, besides physically and will work. They are opposites, and god I loved it. It had its sad moments to, but I really do not want to give any info because I truly want you to read it..You will laugh your ass off..Enjoy!

HEA or HFN? HFN - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Liked the story, however lost a star due to the terrible female narrator. She pretty much shouted and came across as aggressive and angry 95% of the time, no matter the mood or situation. Was tempted to dnf several times, thanks to her, but just decided to forward through some of her parts.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This was a fun and very funny read, although I felt almost like I was dropped in the middle of it and was a little lost; it seemed like I was supposed to know some characters more than I did. I loved all the romance references and the hero librarian. Even though I truly enjoyed it, it felt like it was constantly amped up to 11.
