      Fun romance, but really needed to end before the last conflict.

      Jared Rupp has been pretty much sure of the life he's made for himself. after an unsteady childhood, he is proud of his NHL career, investments he's made and the Sin Bin. So, when the beautiful woman / mixologist, he can't seem to take his eyes off completely slams his drinks menu he hires her on the spot.

      Sidney has just only started living her life again. A failed marriage and dead-end job later she's finally smooth sailing and she doesn't want to do anything to rock the boat. But everything about Jared has her swaying.

      This book is about Jared realizing that even though he's enjoyed his life till now he needs more and he's not going to let his past get in the way. And Sidney needs to overcome her insecurities so that he can love her in exactly the way that she deserves.

      I absolutely love Sydney's job. I'd kill to have it! Jared's job isn't too shabby either. I really liked their chemistry and the romance between the two. They were written as people I'd actually like to be friends with. I could totally see myself at one of Sydney's dinner parties and drinking with Jared as we discussed two of my favorite things, hockey and the restaurant business. Looking forward to more books in this series and Jim definitely need to check in on Hallsey.Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.

      A great addition to the Aces Hockey series. Jared Rupp is the sexy NHL player in this story and he also owns the successful bar/restaurant called the Sin Bin that the players occasionally like to frequent. Sidney Frayne has her own business also, she revamps bars and restaurants by going over their menus and staff and making suggestions that could raise their revenue. They meet in a bar, Jared try's to pick her up, she's not interested and only criticizes the Sin Bin's menu, not realizing who he is, which only makes him more interested in her. They meet again, Sidney to work, and Jared to work and play, as he can't get Sidney out of his mind.They become attracted but don't want to get into a serious commitment, they both believe they can have their fun until they get bored and the attraction is no more. I really enjoyed this story. Both characters were very strong and passionate about their crafts. I found the sports action very exciting in this story and I'm not a sports person at all. And Jared was a great character, sophisticated but approachable and a NHL hockey player, good all round guy. And lots of romance not to be missed. Great!
