    World War II is over, and a new decade is beginning, but for an East End teenage brother and sister living on the edge of the law, life has been suspended.       The Sanatorium housed a a good heterogeneous group of People that I got to know well. Today we are all too often in groups of people like us. I enjoyed meeting these varied characters

      The historical story reminded me of how much progress in health and living has been made in my 70 plus years. Thanks to science and many good people in public life.
