Adam Brown is a Senior Lecturer in Media Studies at Deakin University, Australia, and a volunteer at the Jewish Holocaust Centre in Melbourne, where he initiated the digitization of the Centre’s survivor video testimony collection. He was awarded the Isi Leibler Prize for the best contribution to advancing knowledge of racial, religious or ethnic prejudice in any time or place for his dissertation, and has written widely on Holocaust representation across various genres, surveillance and film, mediations of rape, digital children's television, and gaming cultures.

    Este libro es muy interesante ya que a diario nos dejamos llevar por el estrés debido a muchas circunstancias, ya sea por problemas en el trabajo, exceso de trabajo o hasta problemas en la familia. La meditación es un paso muy importante para liberar toda esta energía negativa que nos causa un daño emocional, este audiolibro es espectacular para poder lograrlo.     It is nice to know that today, in such complicated times, there are people who care about mental health, thanks to this book I have been able to put aside worries and tensions, and growing individually with the help of meditation, I am still overwhelmed by everyday problems but little by little I am improving, I highly recommend it, really meditation makes a change in your life, and this book is a perfect way to start

    My routines are not the best but I need to change my routine a little and have some time for myself, I was always very stressed and decided to start meditating every day in the morning and sometimes at the end of the night, but I didn't know anything so I invested a little money in this audio book and I confess that it was a good investment ... CONGRATULATIONS TO THE AUTHOR.
