This was an amazing and totally enjoyable audiobook. It was such a unique take on the zombie genre, and had such great character development that even though I’ve listened to this book, I would like to actually read it.

This novel was able to evoke sincere emotion as I followed along to each character’s experiences. I found myself saddened when the book ended and am eagerly looking for more of his books to listen to. And I’ve only recently started to listening to audiobooks to go to sleep. This book is so interesting that it is hard to fall asleep to because you are riveted to each stage in the plot.

A must read for any zombie fan or fan of the horror genre.

This one of the best horror audiobooks I've listened to in quite some time. The story was amazingly well written and the narrator brings the level of this story over the top. You feel deeply for the characters, their ordeals and the harshness of their realities. I felt their passion, compassion, dread and hope. When so moved by a storyline coupled with a narrator's explosive and well acted emotions, you can not help being swepted into the story. I could not stop listening to this audiobook. It is so compelling, I didnt want it to end, I would have given it more stars if available.

While on quarantine from COVID19, which I feel I’ve trained for for years of listening to the likes of Mayberry and Scott Sigler...I blasted through this in one day. It kept me on the edge of my seat and will do the same for you. Highly recommend.

A little formulaic in the beginning, but opens up pretty good as the story goes.
