About this audiobook

The Breakfast Club meets Pretty Little Liars, One of Us Is Lying is the story of what happens when five strangers walk into detention and only four walk out alive. Everyone is a suspect, and everyone has something to hide.

Pay close attention and you might solve this.
On Monday afternoon, five students at Bayview High walk into detention.
Bronwyn, the brain, is Yale-bound and never breaks a rule.
Addy, the beauty, is the picture-perfect homecoming princess.
Nate, the criminal, is already on probation for dealing.
Cooper, the athlete, is the all-star baseball pitcher.
And Simon, the outcast, is the creator of Bayview High's notorious gossip app.

Only, Simon never makes it out of that classroom. Before the end of detention Simon's dead. And according to investigators, his death wasn't an accident. On Monday, he died. But on Tuesday, he'd planned to post juicy reveals about all four of his high-profile classmates, which makes all four of them suspects in his murder. Or are they the perfect patsies for a killer who's still on the loose?

Everyone has secrets, right? What really matters is how far you would go to protect them.

I really liked this one the twist was actually pretty good. My favorite character was Nate but I loved Cooper as well.

I had heard that this book was engaging and interesting. Therefore I gave it a try. It turned out to be boring and disappointing. It dragged on and on endlessly. I am amazed at myself for having a patience to listen to its audio book to the end. I would definitely not recommend it.

Not an Agatha Christi mystery, and the human development is stereotypical but a fun book in a gossipy sort of way.

This was one of the best books I’ve ever read. I usually hate reading but, this book was interesting and suspenseful, which I like. This book was amazing and a lot like Pretty Little Liars. I love it!!!!!! ❤️❤️???

The Synopsis was interesting and while I enjoyed the characters the book was dragged out longer than it needed to be.
I knew it was ten fiction going in so that wasnt an issue. It was ok but not a must read.

Love this book so much! I love that it uses a different narrator for each character, and I love how it stayed interesting. The characters have cringy moments, just like actual teenagers. I recommended it to all my friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. It was suggested to me as a book for a novel study. It is NOT student appropriate! However, I highly recommend it for adults. It’s a good read.

Fun book to listen too, and the narrators did an excellent job expressing the characters voices while staying consistent with the overall ambience and mood of the story. Would recommend if your into character-driven stories and/or gossipy mysteries like Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, Dare Me, etc. A bit drawn out towards the end, but highly recommend for anyone who wants to indulge in some teen angst, coming of age, and relationships between people from different words.
