I love these historical romances and their happy endings. Life can be so unpleasant sometimes but the ability to curl up and read or listen to such a heart warming story does help provide some balance. I was a bit unsure about a male reader but o Derek did an awesome job and this was thoroughly enjoyable.

The lack of love between the 2 seemed to drag on and on. It was boring at times.
