- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Very interesting content. Narration was a bit annoying, too enthusiastic. Her tone of voice keeps jumping up and down and is distracting to the content. Would suit a much more calming narrator.

I found bookmarking whatever "hit" and blending that with traditional therapy to be extremely efficient over the last year! There is also a book version but I find find the narration relaxing. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Easy to follow. Good explanations of concepts, just wish it had more tips/techniques to follow.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A great overview and look into BPD and DBT. I did not like the voice or examples she gave. Though I do not suggest listening to this if you are about to enter a DBT group because it can seem like too much at one time. At least for me cause once I started listening . I didnt want to stop. So at least consider that.
