About this audiobook

So you may ask, who is Adam Connor? He is the recently divorced, Academy Award-winning actor who just moved in next door with his kid. He also happens to be an exquisite male specimen and the most infuriating sly bastard I've ever come across.

While I was being thoughtful by not breaking and entering and was actually considering going over to offer him a shoulder to cry on (you know, because of his divorce), instead he had me thrown in jail after a small incident. Jail, people! He was supposed to grant me countless orgasms as a thank you, not a jail cell.

After that day, I was mentally plotting ways to strangle him. So what if my body did more than just shiver when he whispered dirty little things in my ear? I can't be held responsible for that.

Even if he and his son were the best things since sliced bread, I couldn't fall for him. No matter what promises he whispered on my skin, my curse wouldn't let us be. I wasn't a damsel in distress-I could save myself, thank you very much-but deep inside, I still hoped Adam Connor would be the hero of my story.

Contains mature themes.

It was so heart moving, so cute, real, mature and fun to listen to, plus all dirty talk audio on point and the narrators were phenomenal. Disclaimer it can be triggering as it has an almost rape scenario but I loved how detailed and through a story it was

Adam Connor is such a DILF. I wish we had seen him grovelling because this man had a way with his words. I also think, he would have starred in a dark romance and it would have still worked. Damn this man! Aiden was such an amazing kiddo but he went through way too much. Now onto Lucy. Lucy was amazing. She was ridiculous and funny. I mean, she was a stalker and it all worked out in the end, but her monologues and inappropriate conversations were so good. I loved her. I loved her so much. I also loved the cameos by Jason and Olive. Jason was such a good sport going along with everything. And I want what Olive and Lucy have.
I don't know how I feel about that epilogue though!

Changing my review, you need to read ‘To love Jason Thorn’ before this ❤️ so you would really feel the love and closeness of the characters ❤️❤️
Initially I find the Lucy was full of blabber, but I guess that’s how you know about the characters❤️

Book 2. To Hate Adam Conner. Two emotionally scarred people find each other. Each is wary of loving someone because of what each has gone through. This enemies-to-lovers rom com has sizzling scenes. It evolved into a tender and sweet romance. I cared about the H and h and wanted them to overcome the obstacles. Good story.

I’m on the fence with this one, it has a lot of good points, a few surprises in the plot, and really likable characters but our heroine can be abrasive and crude

I was a little lost when I read this because I didn't read Jason and Olive's book yet. I had a hard time connecting to these characters. There were a few unexpected things that are revealed near the end of the book that were interesting and kind of saved the book for me.

Excellent story by an author new to me. It was well-rounded: humor, tension, disbelief, heartache, sex.The back story kept revealing its layers, until it framed the back-bone of the story. Very well written.
