Bear deserves his HEA. I have been craving Bear's story since the end of King and Doe in Tyrant.

Bear never expected anything to come from his brief time with Thia 11 years ago when he left that stupid skull necklace. What did come from it was bad for both of them and something that Bear can never change.

T.M. Frazier is so good at making you fall hopelessly in love with some seriously messed-up characters. Bear has some very tricky personality traits that Thai manages to tame in her own way. She uses her charm and Bear doesn't stand a chance against her, even with the best of intentions in place.

There's some twist and turns to keep you on your toes and I am dying to crack on with the next book.

Would be 5 stars but I don’t like cliffhangers. Great story, well paced and hot as the flames of hell.

The story of Bear and Thai. I hope they live to see the end together! In a few scenes Bear stared to become a ‘Teddy-Bear’ but then he changes into the big ‘Grumpy-Bear’!

My heart goes out to Thia. But so much to Bear as well!

The things they go through is so terrible and bad!

This is an absolute beauty of a listen/read!

    Next book here I come!

The narrators gives the audiobook an extra wow kick, Love it!!!!

I love the books in this series, the descriptions are so detailed, the narrative places the reader in the middle of action. I was cheering for Bear and sometimes wanting to shake him to his senses, I wanted to hold T in my arms sometimes and shout at her: "Stop, don't do that". Wonderful book!

I've been looking forward to Bear's story and I've not been disappointed. Lawless covers a lot and more of his life and explains the reasons for his choice to live the life of a nomad. So any one who has not read book 1 & 2 will be brought up to scratch with his story so far, (but will miss out on two fantastic books) and understand his fight. When Thia re-enters his life - beaten and broken - he feels responsible for her situation and decides to help her and then move on.Can he do that though, just move on again. This story is a book of pain, trust and love as two broken people have to come to terms with their pasts. The story ends on a doozy of a cliffhanger, now I have to wait for book 4! yikes.Loved it, 5/5 from me!
