      Sienna's life seems to be finally all she wanted: a husband who loves her and a private practice that is flourishing. But before she can get comfortable in her present life, she is thrown a few curve balls. A homeless woman mysteriously appears and disappears, and when she does, something bad always happens. Sienna has a few surprises come her way, some good others not so much. Her son drops a bombshell that has Sienna grasping at straws. But she has exciting news of her own, if she lies long enough to bring it to fruition. Real life characters in an intricate plot where danger lurks in the shadows will keep you turning pages.
