      This is one of the best books on this subject. The author answered so many questions by simply going over some of his cases. I purchased it in the audiobook format so as to listen while I worked, and I found myself sitting or standing still attentive and focused on what I was listening to several times throughout the entirety of the book. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book.
