      Fantastic. Im a psychiatry resident. Every person working in mental health should read/listen to this book.

      After reading this book, I have more confidence and faith in my ability to be empathetic for people with mental illnesses.

      The honesty and clarity and courage, she writes with. There is no sugar coating her journey. It gives hope but also shows how much is needed to change in understanding serious mental illnesses. She is a true hero.
