I would have given 5 stars, but the chapters are all out of order in this Audio book. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Basic and to the point suggestions and insights. Contrary to the automatic "I loved it" that came with my five star rating, I didn't love it but did find it clear and informative. Makes you think and evaluate yourself.
