      Jac knocked this book out the park. I asked myself have I not enjoyed any of the books I have read by her? Nope I've enjoyed them all.

      Kat's patience changed Adrian. She saw the man beneath and not the beast. But they both showed one another what love and patience could be in making their relationship work. It really worked!! ?

      This book was just as good as the first Gatherers book, Hunting Julian, but it had a little different feel. There was less interaction with the people and planet of Beneath, and it read much more like a fairy tale. In fact, it was another retelling of the Beauty and the Beast tale. I'd recommend reading the first one before this otherwise the references to the people and what makes that planet, or plane of existence, tick might be confusing.

      This is my latest series book. I enjoy Frank's books more and more. This one is part of The Gatherers series. This was a good one. Kind of a Beauty and the Beast scenario.
