- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5At the halfway point, I'm still trying to decide if this is a murder mystery, a wanna-be paranormal mystery (selkies?) or an adoption mystery. I really don't care for any of the angles because it is taking too long to get to the point.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Awful -- why did I even read this? She has every single character use the expression "As if" -- which I have not heard another live human say since 1996. Also, she turns "can" into a contraction: "c'n." Imagine "c'n" in every other sentence.
