      A book espousing the power of fasting. Author says fasting is an essential part of a Christian lifestyle. Gives tips and inspirational stories.

      horrible book.in the name of religion the author puts down islamic religion and mentions how as a child he would use his magnifying glass to burn an ant. why would any person who believes in god want to kill any creature which was by god given life? I'm regret wasting my time listening to this. how sad jentzen franklin believes and preaches his kind of religion
