- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's always great to have your assets broken down in a way to truly understand the gifts you were provided. Standout is a must have for understanding ourselves and those around us. Highly recommended!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I think this book, and the associated test, is helpful in understanding how you approach your world. While I had been through several other "personality" type assessments, I think this one actually helps me understand what I like to do more than how I view the world.
