- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5On the one hand, The Mood Cure is a great source of information, has easy-to-use action plans and is full of sound advice. On the other hand, it does recommend homeopathy and acupuncture as some additional treatments. That's unforgivable woo pandering. But then, it's only some minor paragraphs, optional advice, nothing central at all. But it's there and I find it really grating. If those few paragraphs were cut out (and you wouldn't even notice it), I would give it a full recommendation. Unfortunately, it's not distancing itself from woo and so despite the soundness of all its major points, I can't give it a good rating. Pity, really. Good book otherwise.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I read this book about 10 years ago I came across it on my book shelf and decided to re read it.
I'm in a different space now and I'm more aware of foods so it was definitely a better time for me to read this book I got so much valuable information.
Excellent read highly recommended.
