- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Some helpful tips. I bookmarked chapter 10 which covered self esteem and self control. However the author is extremely repetitive, and he also makes many blanket assumptions regarding exactly how someone will react to certain phrases or behaviors. Overall it didn't seem very practical in application.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book has given me the skills to better my life and the people’s lives around me
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Quite a good book. I will make sure to read it again and again to imbibe the information and wisdom.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It's patronising and presumes we're all simpletons. Preachy and dumb.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's such uncommon use of common sense and treating others how they want to be treated. Simply put its about doing the next right thing to solve issues that can become huge deals by just taking the time to step out of our own egos and compromising for the greater good and a favorable outcome for ourselves. It's positive use of manipulation.
