      Mr, James Conway wants to build new houses and shops on an old graveyard.There is an old man who visit there. He has friends in the graveyard. I don't like this book, because it is not interesting. I can guess the next scene, so I don't feel my heart beat s fast. I don't recommend this book.

      James Conway plannned to built buildings in Haiti to get a lot of money.There are kind of a curse that is believed since ancient times,called Voodoo.It has a big power,and after that many bad things happen to him.I haven't read this type of story,so it was interesting.I thought the power of people's belief is so big.I like horror story,so ending was exciting for me.

      James Conway is an American.He wants to make money so he built buildings in Haiti.He is going to build was an old graveyard where old man lives.After that bad things happen to James by Voodoo magic...First I don't know about Voodoo.After I read this book I understand it.But I want to know about it more.This book is horoor and thriling.The last is good so I recommend this book.

      The main character, James Conway wanted to build new houses and shops, hotels on graveyard in Haiti to get much money. A old man, Kee warned him with "Voodoo", but he ignored it. It is the masic of the Haiti... This book's story is horror. Especially, I think ending is very dark and sad. I couldn't expect it, so it was very amaging. I don't believe voodoo. Do you believe it?

      Mr james wanted to earn a lot of money to build houses and shops in the island of Haiti.They didn't understand voodoo in America,most people it was magic.But the power of voodoo was real.I felt scary, when I finished reading this book.I hated Mr james, because he was a bad and selfish man.But I thougt a pity for him in the end of story.

      Voodoo is like a magic and like a doll. People put pins or knives into it, and the feels terrible pain. In Haiti there are a few people who know how to use voodoo. Kee is an old man and lives in Haiti. For him, his brandfather's grave is very important. But the graveyard is destroyed by Conway who plans to build house and shops in the graveyard. So Kee is very angry and uses Voodoo.This story is very interesting. It is easy to read. But I can guess the end of the story easily. I recommend this book!

      In this world, there are two kinds of people who like the new world or the old world. We can see a "voodoo hungans" as one of the people in the latter in this book. People in Haiti still believe in voodoo and they are really frightened of it, but a greed man in the new world, James Conway, won't follow them at all and furthermore he is spreading his world more and more. Which world will win in the end?I was interested in the words just like that if people get some feeling, it comes true. People in the two different world equally have their own heart, so both of them equally can't avoid that power. I thought it's very dangerous to be fascinated to the several progresses too much in the new world, forgetting our own knives completely.

      Mr.Conway is a head of Canway Construction,and visited to Haiti to find a good place for building.On his way of traveling,he knew about voodoo-a magic,people in Haiti believe in. Voodoo can not only make people happy,but also make unhappy. Mr.conway didn't believed in voodoo and laughed at it,but...This story is very interesting!I think there are many person such as Mr.Conway-too self-respect and don't listen to other people-and such people are punished by Heaven someday. It is important to listen carefully to other people and try to think other people's mind.

      James Conway is the manager, and he wants money.He start to develop in Haiti.The people who live in there did not want such developing plan.Kee is one of them, and he can use "VOODOO" it is magical power,and he can contact to some "spilits".Several days ago, I read "The Moon and Sixpence"( written by W.Somerset Maugham).In that book ,Haiti was drown such as Heaven.In this book ,VOODOO ISLAND ,there is drown like that the place which has mystic power.The end of story is little sad I think.

      Do you believe in religon?This book is about an religion stoty.Do you know Voodoo?Voodoo is Haiti's religion ,and so on.James Conway wanted a lot of money,so he had plans to build new houses,shops and hotels at island of Haiti.However, the place where he is going to build was an old place,and old man lives there.And something happen to James by Voodoo magic....Tis book is very mysterious story.Before I read Voodoo books.I felt cold and afraid of this end.This end is very dark ,but I thought this end is interesting

      Voodoo is the magic that can bring dead people back to life.James Conway wanted a lot of money,so he had plans to build new houses,shops and hotels at island of Haiti.But the place where he is going to build was an old graveyard,and old man lives there.And something happen to James by Voodoo magic.This book was very mysterious story.I think James Conway should take care of old thing and he brought on himself own misfortunes.I recommend you to read this book and to know about Voodoo.

      This story is in island iof Haiti. There is a berief of voodoo, but a business man James Conway doesn't believe it. And in his business, he made enemies.In this story's end, I remember Japanese has cultures like voodoo. Maybe voodoo and like voodoo culture can make people happy, but they can make people despair, too. And I think the most fearful thing is human.

      Voodoo is ancient magic that are used now in Haichi. It helps people, but sometimes hurts people. This story is about the power of Voodoo. And tell us how important local people and their lives are.Voodoo and the users of it, houngans are misterious. But I'm not afraid of them. Although voodoo's power is strong, it's not unreasonable. The traditional magic helps who believe and respect it. We shouldn't laugh at old believes. There are misterious things in our world too.

      Mr James Conway wants to be rich, and he built many houses, shops, hotels in Haiti. Then, he plans to build other buildings. However, he had a problem. He already built many buildings in most peaces of island. So, he can only build west side, but there is the graveyard. It is not easy to build, but he built them with breaking graveyard...At the same time, Karen visited Tahiti. She is a doctor in this island, but Her purpose of this trip is different. She is interested in "Voodoo," and she visited the old man, Kee. HE understand voodoo. It is belived by American as "magic," but Kee says it is something more. It helps good people, but it can also kill people...I think this story is a little short, but interesting. voodoo is similar to Japanese curse, so I can read it even if I didn't know anything about it. The last is really thrilling. This story is clearly and easy to read, but we can ejoy so much.

      this book is about a voodoo doll.voodoo doll is believed that it can kill peaple.One day James Conway who is the president of a building company.And also,he dosen't believes voodoo.In Haiti,He starts to build the new town.And in Haiti,there is an oldman who doesn't want to build a new town.and he aloso can maneuver voodoo... something will hapeni think this story is very good. the genre of this book is fantasy and horror but this is very interesting:)i like this very much!!

      Voodoo is thought to be magic by most people.And they think it can kill people.People who know how to use voodoo are called "houngans".Mr James Conway wants to build new houses and shops on an old graveyard in Haiti.But an old man whose grandfather is the strongest, and most dangerous of all the voodoo houngans, 'Baron Samedi' oppose the plan...This story is very interesting.My favorite sean is the ending.I thought voodoo is a exciting but dangerous magic.

      Mr Conway wants to make money,he is rich so he has many land .He wants to build new houses in graveyard in Haiti. But old man Kee who uses voodoo against it, because his grandfather lied dead there. Kee try to stop the Conways'plan.I dislike Mr Conway,I can't understand that build the house on the graveyard. Mr Conway should have keep islands' nature and listen to Kees' talk well. Something bad for Conway is frightened but I don't think he is poor. In different sense, Conway has everything he wants.

      VOODOO.... It is horrible and strange power. It can injure and kill people. In this story it is used,but I think there is no problem about it in this case,because...I can't write anymore. Please check the reason yourselves. On the island of Haiti,there is an old graveyard. No one visits there because it isn't used now except an old man. His name is Kee. He thinks the people under the ground in there is NOT dead! And he loves this old graveyard. One day,another man appears there. His name is James Conway,and he is a foreign businessman. He hope to build some shops on the graveyard! Next,what will happen...?
