    I love how it empties my brain from worries, even if I’m not falling asleep I feel more relax. 3 out of 4 nights I have fallen asleep. It just doesn’t work after two energy drinks in one night. Don’t do thinks you know will keep you up at night. It will work if you allow it too, but you really have to get into a relaxing mode.... then it is perfect.
