Kulbhushan Jadhav Verdict: Finally, a Fair Trial

The ICJ concluded that Pakistan had breached Article 36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations.

After two years, two months and 10 days, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has finally decided on the controversial case of Indian national Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav. Pakistan had taken him prisoner in 2016 and put him on death row on charges of espionage and terrorism.
