Robust and hardy, Blinco Street House is a compact home on a small site, but its spatial fluidity and inter-level connection defy the dainty footprint.

Industrial to its literal core, the block of land formerly functioned as a glass disposal pit with shards splintering some 4.5m deep. Replacing the remediated glass pit are four individual lots.
