From the outside, it appears as if nothing much has changed in the OnePlus 7 compared to the 6T it’s replacing: the newcomer keeps the same 6.41-inch OLED display, complete with the same dewdrop notch and 16-megapixel front-facing camera housed within. Nothing wrong with any of this, of course – the 6T was a superb design.

The display isn’t the brightest we’ve seen, but it is colourful and feels incredibly responsive. There’s also an upgraded in-screen fingerprint sensor, which is 36% larger and feels faster and more accurate
