Angels' blueprint to reach the postseason for first time since 2014

OAKLAND, Calif. - Center fielder Mike Trout is signed long term, but the reality is the Los Angeles Angels will struggle to compete in 2019 unless the bets they placed during the offseason find value where other teams have not.
