Second time around

There are many reasons why you might consider changing your profession: perhaps you no longer feel challenged or valued in your role, or perhaps the industry you work in is in decline and you can’t see things getting better. Maybe you’re unhappy with your work-life balance, or felt pushed into your first career by a parent, teacher, partner or even societal expectations. Maybe you’re just bored.
