HOW TO MAKE POT-POURRI

Ingredients

• 800g main fragrance item (eg rose petals, lavender flowers, lemon verbena leaves)• 300g complementary herbs and leaves (eg lemon balm, mint, bay leaves)• Up to 50g whole spices (eg• 50g dried citrus round or peel (can be purchased or dried in a low oven)• 40g orris root powder (fixative to help hold scent)• Essential oils or fragrance of choice
