Gluten-Free Date & Chocolate Torte

Serves: 18

200g dark chocolate
250g dates
250g roasted almonds
5 egg whites
1¼ cups raw caster sugar
1 Kez’s Kitchen Gluten Free Melting Moment Ice Cream 473mL tub

Preheat oven to 160ºC fan-forced.

Place chocolate, dates and almonds in blender or food processor and roughly chop. If using small chocolate pieces, no need to chop them any further.

Beat egg whites until they hold in stiff peaks.
