THE FIRST SATURDAY in February was officially National Pisco Sour Day. That’s in Peru, but who said we can’t adopt celebrations from our friends across the Pacific? We’ve missed the date this year, but there’s always another February – and I am reliably informed by one of my reliable informers that it is always the first Saturday in February - somewhere.
