Yulia Skripal Issues Statement, Declines Help From Russian Embassy

The 33-year-old daughter of Russian ex-spy Sergei Skripal, both of whom were poisoned by a rare nerve agent, also pushed back on public comments made by an outspoken cousin in Russia.

Days after being released from a hospital, the daughter of a former Russian spy who was poisoned in southern England last month said she didn't need help from the Russian embassy, which has accused the U.K. of holding her against her will.
